Terms and Conditions
In this text, the term ‘organisation’ refers to
Warwick English.
Services included in the fees
The fees cover all tuition and the use of relevant learning
materials, an accommodation finding service (where requested),
light lunch and refreshments during tuition hours, guidance
and advice on tourism in central England.
The fees do not cover any travel expenses, entry tickets, payment
for accommodation, or meals other than light lunches after morning
tuition.
Payment
A deposit of 20% of the fee should be sent at the time of booking
and the remainder of the fee must be paid in advance, or on
the first day of the programme. Bookings will be confirmed on
receipt of the deposit, and joining instructions will then be
sent out to the client.
All fees and deposits must be paid in UK £sterling. Payment
can be made by cheque or by bank transfer. All bank charges
relating to bank transfers and exchange must be paid by the
client, and all cheques must be drawn on a UK bank. Cheques
and transfers must be made payable to Warwick English.
If the organisation refuses or cancels a booking, all deposits
and fees will be returned to the client. The organisation will
not refund transport or other costs incurred by clients.
If the client cancels a booking, and the organisation receives
written cancellation of the booking more than 14 days before
the start of the programme, any fees received will normally
be refunded, subject to a deduction of £100 administration
fee. If written cancellation is received less than 14 days before
the start date, 50% of fees will be refunded.
Liability
The organisation will not be held liable for loss or damage,
injury or accident to clients’ person or property.
Provisional bookings can be made by post, telephone or email,
but payment should be made by post and sent to the address below.
Joining instructions will be sent out when the payment or deposit
is received.
